as we all know that water freezes at 0°C and when it freezes it becomes cool

plz add that the temperature of ice is less than our body temperature so the heat flows from our fingers to the ice thats why we feel it cold

because our skin instantly transfer the signals to the brain through nervous and as it freezes it appears to be cold. also our temperature is less than its temperture so heat flows from ice cream to our hand.
