Which oviparous animals have visible outer ears?

If, by ‘outer ear' you mean an external ear like me or you, or just an identifiable ear? Because if the latter is the case, all birds have holes at the sides of their heads…

If you mean the former, then the spectrum is pretty narrow, as only mammals have external ears. And egg-laying mammals are Platypus and echidna, of which only echidnas have visible external ears.
