Tyrpsin, the enzyme secreted by pancreas and thrown into the small intestine is in its inactive form trypsinogen. In the intestine Trypsinogen is activated into trypsin by the action of enteropeptidase. This trypsin acts on partially digested proteins, the peptides into smaller blocks called as amino acids. This process is called as trypsinisation.
