Pollen, also called pollen grains are the yellowish crumbs which contain the male gamete in a flower.
Although C is also correct, as the pollen grains are contained in the anther which is fixed to the filament, together called the stamen(anther +fimaent=stamen).Many stamens together form the male part of the flower(androecium).So the precise and the best answer is D.
