government should not delay for decisions and the moment the culprit is found guilty should be severely punished and the punishment should be execution the crime rate in India is only high because the judiciary is not giving decisions at a fast rate and till then the culprit escapes the punishment.

Crime rate is high in india because our crime supervision team is not so strong.It takes years to prove whether someone is actually guilty or not.
for example :-
1. culprit of Aarushi murder case is still not found.
2. Culprit of Nirbhaya case is still alive (enjoying mutton chicken in jail )
3. sina bora case took years to solve mystery.
if convicts are found guilty , he must be sentence to death...
doesn't matter if he is under 18 (teenage)
IF HE IS YOUNG ENOUGH TO RAPE , HE IS YOUNG ENOUGH TO HANG ON.
Justice is delayed in India because JUSTICE DOESN'T MEAN REVANGE .
"Even if 100s of criminals don't get punished , one innocent should not be punished"
P.S :- I'm not against recent encounter that took place in Dr. Priyanka Reddy case.
