This principle stipulates that all employees that deliver the same activities can be linked together in the same teams.
Also activities should be linked to the same objectives.
Such activities should be assigned to be carried out by the same team under the same manager.
This ensures proper coordination and harmony towards a shared objective.
For example the sales and marketing team in a company can be put under one manager .This main department can be composed of other smaller departments like publicity,customer care,promotions and trade fairs,all these are working towards the objective of ensuring the products sell.
