Answer:

Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Jammu-Kashmir, Karnataka and Maharashtra

Explanation:

Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Jammu-Kashmir, Karnataka and Maharashtra are the seven states of India having  bicameral legislature.

Bicameral legislature means having two legislative or parliamentary chambers. In other words it means two houses of Parliament.

Under the State level it is equivalent of the Lok Sabha and is referred Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) and Vidhan Parishad (Legislative Council) for Rajya Sabha.

One third of the members of the Vidhan Parishad are elected twice each year. there are graduate constituencies where members are exclusively elected exclusively by graduates, municipal constituencies where members are elected exclusively by council members and Mayors of the city, teachers constituencies  where members are elected exclusively by teachers.

Hope this helps.

Answer:

As many as seven states of India have a bicameral legislature. These are – Jammu & Kashmir, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh.

Explanation:

A system of legislation consisting of two assemblies in this form of legislation, is known as the bicameral system. As many as seven Indian states have this bicameral legislative system, and they are mentioned above. A bicameral legislature is a rather uncommon phenomenon and the majority of the world has a unicameral system of legislation.

These above mentioned Indian states have two levels in their assembly system and have both the VS or Vidhan Sabha and the VP or the Vidhan Parishad. It has been argued that Vidhan Sabha does not serve many purposes and strains the financial condition of the state.
