Answer :-
President Kovind administered oath of office to Shri Sudhir Bhargava, Chief Information Commissioner, at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Sudhir Bhargava, former Secretary in the Ministry of Social Justice, took oath as the Chief Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission (CIC).
