ICICI Bank was established in 1994 by the Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India, an Indian financial institution, as a wholly owned subsidiary. is started due to the combined efforts of World Bank, Government of India and Representatives of Indian Industry.The bank was initially known as the Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India Bank, before it changed its name to the abbreviated ICICI Bank

So there is no any one person who founded it .It is present due to combined efforts

Mr.A.Ramaswami Mudaliar was elected as the first chairman
