who should you term a mad person ? even if the person is not mad some do term them mad don't they have a heart what do you think about this ?

It is totally wrong that no person is mad. Here that someone's IQ is sharp and some not. Yes, they have heart. If it is properly cared for them.

If I term someone mad , it doesn't mean that he is really mad or I don't have heart . Its just a type of tongue slip. Sometimes when we are so frustrated and someone just started playing jokes and laughing so hard... we'll surely get irritated and start shouting on them saying * Are you Mad * or Are you out of your Mind*...like that . So , it doesn't mean that they don't have heart . They realize it after a while and say sorry to them. But for the people who term someone mad without anyreason or problem...we can term them as MAD.

But what an intelligent person does when he is termed as mad or hurt by someone..he just ignores it.
We should behave like an intelligent one if also we are not.
And when we find someone bothering a real mad person we should slowly explain to the person who is bothering by telling him which is correct.
