Answer:

Julius Lothar Meyer (19 August 1830 – 11 April 1895) was a German chemist. He was one of the pioneers in developing the first periodic table of chemical elements. Both Mendeleev and Meyer worked with Robert Bunsen. He never used his first given name, and was known throughout his life simply as Lothar Meyer.

Lothar Meyer :--- A german chemist , who developed the first periodic table of chemical elements.....

Victor Meyer :---- He was also from germany and has been known for its high quality jewellery for over 125 years......

Sandmeyer :----- He was a Swiss chemist after whom the Sandmeyer reaction, which he discovered was named.

((In Sandmeyers reaction, a benzeneamine or an Aniline is treated with sodium nitrite (NaNO2) in the presence of HCl or any suitable Halogen acids at 273.15K.

This reaction gives a diazoinum salt of that halogen, this diazoinum salt is then again reacted with cupprous halide which results in formation of a Haloarene.))

(Hope this helps)
