Brahmaputa Siddhanta is a work of Brahmagupta, that was written in Sanskrit in around 628 CE.


Brahmagupta was an Indian mathematician and astronomer. It contains ideas of :-

✴ Mathematical concept of zero


✴ Rules for manipulating negative and positive numbers.


✴ Methods of solving linear and some quadratic equations.


✴ Rules for summing.

He also made a theorem of Brahmagupta theorem.
