1) The quantity of matter contained in a body is called the mass of the body.
2)Mass of a body remain constant.
3)mass is scalar quantity.
4)Mass is measured in kg
5)Mass of body is never zero.
Weight :-
1) The force with which the earth attracts a body towards it's centre is called the weight of the body
2) weight of body changes from place to place
3) Weight is vector quantity.
4) weigh is measured in kg wt or N
5) weight of a body at the centre of the earth is zero.
