Hey user☺️

This number is considered to a special number because it can be expressed as the sum of cubes of two numbers in two different ways.

© 1729 = 12^3 + 1^3 = 1728 +1

© 1729 = 10^3 + 9^3 = 1000 + 729

There is a very famous story related to this and I would like to deliver that story here.

Once, G.H Hardy was to go somewhere and due to the taxi containing this number he went late and from that time he called this number as dull number.

Again, we he met with Ramanujan when he was to return to America the same taxi arrives at the place and Hardy advices Ramanujan not to go from this taxi of number plate 1729 as it is a dull number. Being legend in maths Ramanujan replied immediately that it is a very interesting number as it can be expressed as the sum of cubes of two numbers in two different ways .

From that time onwards this number is considered to be special in maths.

Hope this will help
