hii....

a sahrp knife can cut a fruit but a blunt kinfe can not this is because pressure and area are inverselly proptional to each other . If the area increase the pressure also increase and the area reduces the pressure also reduces.

DENSITY:

  • the mass per unit volume is knoen as density.
  • its S.I unit is kg/m *3
  • density - mass /volume

RELATIVE DENSITY

  • the ratio of density of a substance to that of the density of water is called relative density.
  • it has no si unit.
  • relative density - density of substance / density of water.

hope this helps you....

Pressure is inversely proportional to area. Sharp knife has a small area of contact than the blunt knife. Thus, a force will exert more pressure while using a sharp knife than while using a blunt knife.
