AIDS that causes HIV virus that enters the body through sexual or blood transfusion can spread throughout the lymph nodes of the body. The virus destroys the body's immune system, and the body can no longer combat several mild infections because of this. Instead, any small disease such as cold van becomes severe pneumonia or minor gut infection with blood loss may become serious diarrhoea. The consequence of the disease often is very serious and complex killing the AIDS sufferer. Therefore there are no clear signs of the disease for AIDS but it progresses to a complicated disease and signs. Hence it is called a syndrome.
