karyokinesis is division of nucleus.
when this division takes place in amoeba it leads to enlargement of its nucleus to get divided at this process

here is your answer.....
An inward invagination of plasma membrane is caused to divide the cell into two parts. this extend as a middle wall between both the cells. Amoeba has nucleus but there are no centrioles and hence there is no spindle formation that's why nucleus of amoeba get divided into karyokinesis and enlarged .
