Why are ahemdabat and Kolkata able to see the noon exactly overhead twice a year but not Delhi?

Explanation:

it isbecause Ahmedabad and Kolkata are located in the tropical zone and Delhi is located above the tropic of Cancer that's why I am the word and Kolkata are able to see the sun and moon for about twice a year and Delhi only once
