Because they have no guarantee identity and tax too. In addition to this, they have no price tag and perfect value as they are wholesale products.. As we see, most of the things are home made ones which they sold there.. So the things in market can get at cheap rates.

Answer:
The goods available at the weekly markets are cheaper because they have no guarantee, identity and tax (GST). With this, they have no price tag and perfect value as they are wholesale products. So the weekly markets sell in less price than the super markets. These weekly markets are kept only once in a week so they sell it more cheaper than the other days than one day in a week. So the things in market can get at cheap rates.
