Answer:

Human Rights in African states are hard to experience in reality and apply in daily life.

Explanation:

Even though most of the African continent is desert and rain forest, people are much connected with each other across the nation through the feeling of nationalism. While the nationalist feelings keeps surging within many people, anti-nationals like exploiters, corrupted officials, terrorist organisation, smugglers and mafia stood up as major threats to the wealth of Africa. This gave way to the intervention of a third party (country) to resolve the issue of anti-nationals and terrorists as some Sub-Saharan African nations signed agreement with those third party nations.

Since the intervention of an outer country stabilized in Africa, the peace and the rest were over raided. The third party had marked the African states as a breeding and training ground for terrorism. So, they started eliminating their suspects along with some innocents as they suspected everyone.

This made the situation even worse. According, to the eliminators and their victims. People should always run in panic, as they face threat from both ground operation teams of African American army and terrorist organisations.

In such kind of situation, violence is inevitable. Keeping human rights to over look and control the slaughters from either side is one of the tough job in Africa.
