Why are most acid is not stored in metal container ?

because when react with metal it gives out salt and hydrogen gas

Answer:Most acids are not stored in metal containers because they react with metals such as iron and aluminum. Then slowly (Corrode) destroy them due to chemical reaction. They form metal salt and hydrogen gas is released.
