Why are some flowers non scented and do not contain nectar?

The wind pollinated flowers should have pollen grains light and non sticky, so that they can be easily be carried by air current.
Flowers have feathery stigma to easily trap air born pollen grains.
So that's why they don't produce scent or nector which is common in entomophily pollination.
