Voluntary muscles are under our control and under the control oF CNS (CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM)

Like biceps triceps etc

Involuntary muscles are under the control of ANS (AUTONOMOUS NERVOUS SYSTEM) like cardiac muscle or urinary bladder

Voluntary muscles are skeletal muscles whereas involuntary muscles are smooth muscles
