The symbols are allowed to polotical parties by the EC of india because when the 1st first election were held it was difficult for the people to vote as they were illiterates so the EC introduced allotted the symbols toyhe political parties to make election easy for the people . They were able to identify and vote to the parties which they wanted them to rule ....
