There are differences in values of work attached to male and female because society believes males to be superior. Female's work is not paid attention to and goes completely unnoticed. Females do several duties for the family, many of which males cannot do but since the male is most likely to be the earning member of the family who the family thrives due to, his work is given more value. Women's work despite being important, does not bring monetary profits. Hence, the discrimination.

<b>There are differences in value attached to the work of male and female because:

* Most woman work much harder than their male counterparts.

* But the invisivilisation of woman's labour fails to get them their due share.

* The house work and child care are not considered as work.
