There are no forests in deserts because in deserts no fertile soil is available and weather conditions are not appropriate for trees.

desert is a extremely dry and arid place , it has extremely less amount of water while as for a forest is filled with trees and we know that trees require a of water for the growth hence there is no forest in the desert .
