Why are valves need in heart?

The heart consists of four chambers, two atria (upper chambers) and two ventricles (lower chambers). There is a valve through which blood passes before leaving each chamber of the heart. The valves prevent the backward flow of blood.

our heart contains 4 valves

and the phone carries out the blood and transported to Pulmonary vein which is very important for the transportation of Blood from one path to another it directly supply it from a Pulmonary artery and the four valveswill directly goes to the outside of the heart
