why aren't we changing signs here?

as we know like if we are to do this.. (1+3+2)-(1+1+2),, sign conversion is really important, without that we wont get correct thing.

so why not there​

when we subtract an expression from another expression ,we have to change the signs of the first expression i.e. Write the additive inverse of it and add them.

.ex:-2-(-3)=2+3=5 here change the sign of second number

or

2-(-3)=2+additive inverse of-3=2+3=5
