Why can't frogs survive in seawater?

I think as frogs use their skin for respiration in water,they keep their skin always moist but salts present in saline water may cause obstruction to their moist semipermiable like skin they are not found in sea water

Frogs are not found in the sea because frogspawn cannotsurvive saltwater; frogs are not found on small islands for the same reason. Reptiles, by contrast, frequently live in the sea, and even land reptiles can cross the sea.
