Why frogs are not found in antarctica?

as frogs are poikilotherms i.e cold blooded animals they cannot regulate their body temperature on their own. They change their body temperature by finding suitable shelter to maintain body temperature. e. g we find lizards under some holes or burrows in summer.As Antarctica has permafrost conditions frogs can't regulate their own body temperature. That is why they cannot survive in Antarctica
