The reason for these microorganisms existence is cooked foods has more moisture content, high temperature, and high acid range because of this food spoils so early.

Cooked food contains water. Water encourages growth of microbes . So it spoils fast.But uncooked food doesn't contain much water so there will be less growth of microbes and doesn't spoil fast and also cooking soften the cell membranes so microbes enter easily and thus they get spoiled.
