copper sulphate solutions  is a true solution therefore it does not shows any tyndall effect but since combination ofmilk and water  is a colloid therefore it shows tyndall effect.

Copper sulphate solution in water is a solution and the particles completely dissolve in each other.
Whereas milk in water forms a colloidal solution which disperse light fall on them.
Keep in mind the properties or characteristics of solutions and colloids and suspensions when giving answers.
