Why crystallisation better than evaporation technique

♐Evaporation.....It is the process by which two substance can be separated and one of them will vapourize in the atmosphere.


♐Crystallization.....It is also the method of separation by which a mixture of two substance can be seperated and both can be obtained.


By this the conclusion comes that.....

♐In crystallization both things can be obtained but on the other hand evaporation both cannot be obtained.One of them will vapourize.

Crystallization is a process that separate a pure solid in the form of its crystals from the solution.

And it is better than evaporation because:

1. some solid decompose or some, like sugar may get charred on heating to dryness.
2. some impurities may remain dissolved in the solution even after filtration which on evaporation contaminates the solid.
