Why Delhi does not receive snowfall in winter season

Delhi receives snowfall rarely but it receives snowfall.
This is due to its temperature and climatic differences, because Delhi has a lot of pollution which means a lot of carbon dioxide the temperature is not too much low which can't cause snowfall to occur
