Jacopo's father was a widower. He has a sister who is passionate on singing but she was affected by tuberculosis. During these affects a sudden war was started by German. Because of that Jacopo and Nicola lost their father in the war. They lost their shelter. Only becasue of these German people he lost his shelter. So they decided to join in the German Resistance.

His father was killed in the war .A bomb blast destroyed their home. So His hatred made him join the resistance
