solid liquid gases have different shape and volume because the particles of solids are tightly packed and liquids are less compactly packed and gases where freely so solid always have same shape what shape in they are at the liquid forms the shape of the container and gases also from the shape of the container but it can be compressed

Due to structure of their molecules...
#Solids have molecules bonded together...with no spaces...so they are solid.
#Liquid molecules are no tight as much as they are loosely bonded...so they can change their shape...in any container.
#Where as in gases... molecules are randomly moving like made people left in one empty room....
