on jan1930 gandhji sent a letter to irwin stating 11 demands.the demands included general interests and the problems faced by the people.he also stated that if the demands were not accepted by march11 1930 he would launch civil disobeidence movt.
gandhiji with his 78 followers marched to dandi to break the salt law
in the non cooperation movt. only there was british run institutions and things.nut under civil disobedeince movt. people stared breaking the laws introduced by the british govt.
gandhiji thought that it is because of indians cooperation that british is ruling india.
