the Green Revolution first take place in the Western parts of the traditional farming States like Punjab and Haryana because they are rich in field of agriculture and also rich in capital. and we all know farming is the most common occupation in Punjab and Haryana.These states helped in Continuing expansion of farming areas,double-cropping in the existing farmland and using seeds with known quantity.
