both amoeba and hydra don't have sex organs.so,they follow asexual methods like binary fission in amoeba and budding in hydra.
but in certain cases hydra reproduce sexually.Most Hydra species have individuals which are either male or female. Eggs are produced by the female hydras and they are fertilised by sperms of male on the body walls of female
