Hello friend,

The size of an body and the structure is big and complex due to which it is not possible to deliver oxygen through simpler principle. Respiration in them is carried out through a pigment which takes the oxygen from the lungs and takes it around the tissues of the whole body for better and even circulation. This pigment is known as haemoglobin and it is present in the red blood cells of the human body which circulates oxygen through the body effectively.

I hope the answer helped. Thanks
