earth rotates on axis to maintain gravitational force between itself and sun .
axis of earth is in elliptical in shape due to ehich seasons are caused.
if it doesn't rotate about it's axis , then it may loss it's balance among sun and itself abd may be dashed to other planets.
and along with this , if thhere is no destruction , there is another hazard called " loss of disaster ".
