Why do gold and silver not corrode in moist air

Silver and gold are least reactive elements. thus, they don't react with others substances and get corroded. however, silver gets corroded by the action of atmosphere, in a long run, as-
Ag + H2S = Ag2S + H2
This is marked by change in color .
