why do HCL , HNO3 , show acidic characters in aqueous solutions while solutions of compound like alcohol and glucose do not show a ific characters?

AS ALCOHOL AND GLUCOSE DO NOT DISSOCIATE COMPLETELY IN WATER.

AND IT RELEASES LESS H+ ions.

THEREFORE THEY DO NOT SHOW ACIDIC BEHAVIOUR IN WATER.
