no need to change the laws.our ancistors take 2 year 18 months and11 days to built this constitution for us by taking best from every country of the world.
its time to change our mentality.behaviour and attitude.

changing community values : another reasons why law made to need to change is due to changing community values. Values across society changes over time....... in order to remain relevant the law must uphold and reflect the values beliefs of society in the prsent time .
