why do most of hospitals and schools are located in cities not villages ?

Most of hospitals are located in cities not villages coz of lack of transport facilities, erratic electricity, poor operation theatre facilities.

cause cities are more developed and well - equipped than villages....while villages are still need to be developed and cities have more and better facilities, transport, jobs, better standard of living etc..
