why do sometimes cooking vesse look s get blackned on a gas or kerosene

because the gas particles didn't get sufficient oxygen for the complete combustion

when the kerosene do not get sufficient oxygen it does not oxidized completely or get combusted properly so we see sometimes a cooking vessels looks great blackened on a glass gas or kerosene
