why do the body temperature increase when we put onion under our armpits.

Its not true, because that onion contains sulphur compounds which then by touching our body (espically arm pit )where sweat is readily available ,leads to reacting with water and produces heat.This heat is not the cause of fever, but we wants fever and we think that we got fever and is really occuring.
