We feel cool because the temperature of ice is 0°C and our body's temperature is higher than 0°C.

We feel cold on touching the ice because

the heat from our body being higher in

amount moves to the ice through our

skin (by thermal condition ) in order to

attain thermal equilibrium between the

ice and the body.
