Firstly to observe the onion peel cells.We take an onion then cut it into 2 halves then carefuly take out 1 slice of onion peel now with the help of scalpel we take out the peel from it .Suddenly we place the peel into a solution because to prevent the onion peel cell from hetting it dry.As onion have a very high rate it gives tears in our eyes and when onion rate goes high toh ham kehte hainki pyaj ne hamein rulaa diya.
