The difference is that in the UK, the role of the courts in deciding what is constitutionally proper always provokes debates about whether or not we should have a 'written' constitution. But when people ask if we need a written or codified constitution, they are often asking the wrong question.

Hey dear...

Here is your answer...

✨We have Parliamentary form of Govt. in India.
➡️ And it is an established principle or you can say a pre-requisite of a parliamentary form of govt.
✔️ that it must have a Written Constitution.

⭐A written constitution avoids confusion and chaos.
*⃣Parliamentary form of Govt essentially pre-supposes the existence of two or more than two political parties.
*⃣Thus, a written constitution is extremely essential for a country like ours so that no confusion arises regarding the democratic functioning of the nation.

..... ALONE BUT HAPPY....

Hope it helps you!!!
